7-Eleven Can't Get Workers' Tax Returns In Wage Dispute
7-Eleven Inc. cannot compel employees who brought a proposed class action over unpaid wages to divulge their personal income tax returns because the company has not shown a compelling need for them, a New York federal magistrate judge ruled Friday.
