A Manhattan federal judge dismissed British clothier J. Barbour & Sons Ltd.'s "trademark bully" suit against Levi Strauss & Co. on Wednesday, finding Barbour improperly rushed into court in June after it was put on notice by Levi's, a frequent trademark plaintiff, that California litigation was likely coming.
