IpDatatel LLC can't get five Alarm.com home security patents invalidated under the U.S. Supreme Court's Alice decision at the motion to dismiss stage, a Texas federal judge has ruled, invoking the Federal Circuit's recent Berkheimer and Aatrix decisions.
