Judge OKs Timeshare Exit Co. Injunction In Westgate Case
A Florida federal judge signed off Friday on a permanent injunction prohibiting a timeshare exit company from advising Westgate Resorts' timeshare owners in relation to their membership interests, as part of a settlement resolving Westgate's claims of deceptive trade practices.

Fla. Judge Revives Claim Against Timeshare Exit Co.
A Florida federal judge on Monday revived Westgate Resorts Ltd.'s deceptive and unfair trade practices claim against a timeshare exit company, ruling that Westgate had provided enough evidence that a jury could reasonably conclude the company deceived consumers by telling them they could legitimately get them out of their timeshare commitments.
