Fanatics Retail Group Fulfillment LLC will pay a former employee $322,050 to settle claims the retailer held black and white employees to different standards and allowed blatant racism, including calling the employee a racial slur on his first day.

EEOC Accuses Fla. Retailer Of Systemic Racial Discrimination
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Tuesday accused Fanatics Retail Group LLC in Florida federal court of operating a screening room for its licensed sports merchandise that held black and white employees to entirely different standards and allowed blatant racism.
