An Illinois federal court judge has partly granted a Chicago restaurant management company's bid to dismiss a lawsuit by a proposed class of servers claiming it scammed them out of earnings via a tip and tax scheme, tossing the suit's conspiracy claims but giving the servers a chance to revise their complaint.
