    Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. investors failed to show that the company knowingly deceived shareholders and caused a stock drop when the business model of MoviePass Inc., in which Helios held a majority stake, proved unsustainable, Helios said Monday in New York federal court in a bid to toss the case.
