'Crying' Atty Won't Undo $1.3M Cancer Misdiagnosis Verdict
A Pennsylvania federal judge has refused to overturn a $1.3 million jury award in a suit accusing a gynecologist of misdiagnosing a woman's ovarian cyst that turned out to be cancerous, rejecting arguments that jurors were tainted after an expert witness and plaintiff's counsel became emotional and failed to maintain composure during trial.
