A Texas federal judge agreed to send to arbitration an investment adviser's $100 million defamation claim against Charles Schwab & Co. Inc., which he accused of poaching clients after news reports suggested he colluded with President Donald Trump, Russians and Fox News to publish "fake news" about who leaked Democratic National Committee emails to WikiLeaks.
