A Pittsburgh invention marketing company sought sanctions Wednesday for an interview that plaintiff's attorney Julie Pechersky Plitt gave local CBS affiliate KDKA-TV calling the company a "fraud," which it says ran afoul of Pennsylvania's rules of professional conduct for lawyers.

An aspiring inventor urged a Pennsylvania federal court Thursday to clear the way for her to pursue a proposed class action alleging invention-marketing company InventHelp is "built completely upon lies and fraud," criticizing objections by the company and an attorney to a magistrate judge's recommendations.
