An insurance company shouldn't be allowed to pay whatever it wants for emergency medical flights, a North Dakota couple told the Eighth Circuit on Friday, arguing that the slipperiness of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota's reimbursement practices violates the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
