Broadway Theater Wants ADA Suit Over Outside Food Tossed
A Broadway theater urged a New York federal judge Wednesday to dismiss a proposed class action alleging the venue's outside food restriction discriminates against patrons with metabolic disorders, saying the claims fail because the theater had no knowledge of the plaintiff's disability and accommodations weren't requested.
