Allergan Inc. and the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe on Thursday withdrew two patent infringement suits in Delaware federal court accusing Saptalis Pharmaceuticals LLC and Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC of infringing a pair of patents covering the blockbuster dry-eye medication Restasis.
