A proposed class of tomato sauce buyers has hit back at pasta giant Barilla's bid to toss their suit over "no preservatives" labeling out of Illinois federal court, saying that although the lead plaintiff bought a jar of sauce in New York, the case should be tried in the state where the company keeps its headquarters.
