Starbucks Corp.'s sour gummy candies are not misleading just because they contain the names of the fruits they're flavored by on the packaging, a California federal court has ruled, dismissing the proposed consumer class action alleging the coffee giant misled customers into thinking the candy was all-natural.

Starbucks Corp. was hit with a proposed consumer class action in California federal court Wednesday accusing the coffee giant of mislabeling its sour gummy snacks as having "all-natural" flavors and profiting off of the deception.
