Car Dealership Gets TCPA Suit Sent To Arbitration
A customer must arbitrate his claims that car dealer Kendall Lakes Automotive called him with one pre-recorded, unsolicited phone message in violation of federal law, as he signed an agreement containing an arbitration provision, a Florida federal judge has found.

Consumer Says Car Dealerships Can't Arbitrate TCPA Suit
A consumer pushed back Wednesday against an auto dealer's bid to force him to arbitrate his proposed class action accusing it of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, telling a Florida federal court the arbitration agreement he signed applies only to claims involving the vehicle he purchased.
