Judge Cuts Counsel Fees In Walmart Wage Dispute Settlement
Awarding nearly half of a $500,000 wage dispute settlement for 275 Walmart and Sam's Club workers to attorneys would unfairly cut into the workers' payments, a Pennsylvania federal judge said in reducing the fees, acknowledging that he had "considerable issues" with the request.
