IBM Corp. sued Corning Wireless Inc. in Georgia federal court Thursday, accusing it of botching the design and installation of a state-of-the-art cell network at the Atlanta Falcons' new stadium and then leaving IBM and the NFL team to spend millions to clean up the mess.
