Energy drink maker Vital Pharmaceuticals Inc. asked a Florida federal judge on Monday to toss a proposed class suit claiming the company's Bang energy drinks have misleading ingredient labels, arguing that the lead plaintiff lacks standing and that the class could never be certified.
