Dance In 'Fortnite' Suit Refused By Copyright Office
The creator of the hit video game Fortnite, facing a copyright lawsuit for allowing players to perform a dance move known as the "Milly Rock," alerted a federal judge Thursday that the Copyright Office has already twice ruled that the dance is unprotectable.

2 Milly, the rapper who originated the "Milly Rock" dance craze in 2014, sued Epic Games Inc. in California federal court Wednesday, claiming the video game maker infringed his copyright when it jacked his dance for its smash hit game "Fortnite."
