Inuvo Fights 'Strike Suit' Over $75.5M Merger
An Inuvo Inc. investor's "strike suit" seeking to block the company's $75.5 million merger with ConversionPoint Technologies should be thrown out because it is the third of five identical actions brought against the company, Inuvo and its board members told a New York federal judge Monday.
