A New York federal judge has tossed a drywall subcontractor's bid-rigging suit against Bloomberg LP and a construction firm, ruling Wednesday that the subcontractor can't bring the case after putting its assets into a trust three years ago.

Drywall company Nastasi & Associates slammed a bid by subcontractors and former Bloomberg and Turner Construction executives to toss allegations that they engaged in a contract bid-rigging scheme that shut Nastasi out of the competition, telling a New York federal court it has sufficiently pled its antitrust claims.
