Navios Says Investors' Suit Is Too Familiar, Urges Dismissal
Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. told a federal court Wednesday that a proposed class action accusing it of wrongfully tying together a tender offer and a consent solicitation is dead in the water, as a nearly identical case brought by the same named shareholder in 2016 was dismissed.
