A Florida federal judge delivered a blow to construction and engineering company Fluor Enterprises' lawsuit claiming Duke Energy swiped a $67 million letter of credit, dismissing the company's amended complaint Tuesday with a long list of requirements should it try to resubmit certain claims.

Fluor Enterprises alleged in Florida federal court on Tuesday that Duke Energy swiped a $67 million letter of credit that was issued in the event a generator facility wasn't completed, claiming the company never provided a cost breakdown of delays associated with the project.
