    Diamondback Says Frack Equipment Co. Stole Trade Secrets

    Diamondback Industries Inc., which provides drilling and fracking equipment for energy companies, has filed a federal lawsuit in Texas alleging that it was the victim of a ruse by another company that feigned interest in purchasing it as a means to gain access to and exploit Diamondback's confidential information.
