A California federal judge criticized a man who is fighting MGM Studios' claims of trademark infringement, saying Tuesday that his posters targeting the film studio's attorneys were "flatly harassing" and quipping that "if he wants to play at being a gangster," he can buy a ticket to Martin Scorsese's "The Irishman."
