NYC Celebrity Chef Tip Suit Settles For $10K
A proposed wage-and-tipping collective action filed by two former employees of the famed Felidia restaurant in New York City has settled in federal district court for $10,000, although the plaintiffs say they would have recouped around $46,000 had they succeeded on all their claims.

NYC Celeb Chef Served With Restaurant Workers' Wage Suit
Celebrity chef Lidia Bastianich and her Felidia restaurant have been served in New York federal court with a proposed collective action by two former employees claiming they performed nontipped duties for considerable parts of their day despite being hired to work in tipped positions.
