ACLU Challenges Trump's Policy To Return Asylum-Seekers
The Trump administration cannot force asylum-seekers to return to Mexico while they go through the asylum process, the American Civil Liberties Union and other human rights groups said in a lawsuit filed Thursday in California federal court, arguing asylum-seekers are lawfully entitled to humanitarian protections.
