Latino workers arrested during an April 2018 raid of a Tennessee meatpacking plant accused U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials Thursday of unlawfully targeting them on the basis of their ethnicity without a valid warrant, alleging violations of their constitutional rights.
