A California federal judge has dismissed a $60 million suit alleging the real estate listings website Zillow hurt the marketability of a high-profile mansion by incorrectly reporting its sale prices, finding that Zillow is immune under the Communications Decency Act.

Real estate listings website Zillow incorrectly reported a massive, high-profile Bel Air mansion had sold on three separate occasions — and for much lower costs than its $150 million asking price — harming its marketability to the tune of $60 million, the home's builder said in a lawsuit filed Sunday in California federal court.
