An investor who sued Travelport over its $4.4 billion sale to private equity firms Siris Capital and Evergreen Capital Partners dropped his Georgia federal court claims against the travel industry technology company Thursday, a little more than a week after filing the case.

A Travelport investor sued the travel industry technology company in Georgia federal court over its $4.4 billion sale to private equity firms Siris Capital and Evergreen Capital Partners, alleging that shareholders were misled on potential conflicts of interest from both company insiders and financial adviser Morgan Stanley.
