A nonprofit legal advocacy group has asked a federal court to force the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to reveal the identities of the federal agents involved in a massive immigration raid on a Tennessee meatpacking plant, accusing the agency of sitting on the information to thwart a proposed class action filed by the advocacy group last month.
