A Delaware federal judge has gutted most of a lawsuit lodged against Nestle's sold-off skin care business Galderma from a small startup that developed a multilayered dummy head meant to be used to teach professionals how to safely inject fillers, finding that the startup wasn't able to tie its failures to anything Galderma did with the brand's own dummy head.
