A Florida federal judge dismissed Tuesday a group of cases brought against BP PLC by four individuals who alleged their chronic medical conditions were caused by cleanup efforts following BP's 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill after finding expert testimony failed to link their ailments to chemicals in the oil.
