CEO's Assistant Says She Was Fired For Reporting Racial Slur
A woman of Mexican descent who worked as the assistant to the CEO of Vivaria Group, which owns and operates several Sbarro pizza franchises throughout Florida, has filed a lawsuit claiming she was fired after she complained to the CEO about a racial slur directed at her by his wife.
