The previous owner of the Havana cruise port sued Carnival Corp. on Thursday for allegedly trafficking in stolen property by using the terminal, in the first lawsuit filed since the U.S. lifted a stay on a law's provision that allows litigation over property seized by Fidel Castro's government.
