Bumble Bee Foods LLC is moving to junk a proposed class action claiming it orchestrated a wide-ranging scheme to falsely portray its tuna as "dolphin safe," calling the suit an effort to "legislate new standards using state consumer protection laws" that are preempted by federal statutes.
