Los Angeles County sued Bayer AG's Monsanto Co., a subsidiary of Pfizer Inc. and a chemical company in California federal court Thursday seeking to recoup the losses it says it incurred cleaning up contamination from polychlorinated biphenyls introduced into waterways by Monsanto.
