Pandora and its parent company SiriusXM have urged an Illinois federal court to toss out allegations that they infringed media-sharing patents owned by Post Media Systems, saying the suit conflates their respective internet radio services in its infringement claims.

Apple, Google and Pandora on Friday were hit with patent infringement suits over their respective online music services, including Apple Music, Google Play's music web service and Pandora radio, which are accused of infringing media sharing patents owned by Post Media Systems LLC.
