Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill told a Florida federal judge on Thursday that a former manager gave no evidence for class certification of her claims that she was misclassified by the restaurant chain as exempt from overtime pay, arguing that her experience was not enough to assume all similar employees were treated the same way.
