A Dairy Queen restaurant has been slapped with a discrimination suit in Tennessee federal court by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which claims the eatery failed to adjust health code requirements to accommodate a hearing-impaired kitchen worker's cochlear implant.
