GoDaddy Cleared Of Infringement Claims In Patent Case
A Delaware federal jury on Friday found that website hosting platform GoDaddy did not infringe claims in three patents owned by Express Mobile Inc., but also refused to invalidate the challenged claims, the same week that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board held that claims in two of the same patents were invalid.
