11th Circ. Says Disney Worker's Suit Didn't Show ADA Claim
The Eleventh Circuit on Monday affirmed a lower court decision favoring Disney in a disability-related lawsuit, saying a former employee didn't show the company was discriminatory when she wasn't reassigned to a different position and later terminated after she took leave for neck injuries sustained in a vehicle collision.

Disney Defeats 'Borderline Frivolous' Disability Suit
A Florida federal judge granted Disney a win Friday in a former toy store worker's suit alleging she was fired over disabilities stemming from a neck injury, calling her suit "borderline frivolous" and noting her conditions hadn't stopped her from hanging out in the company's theme parks.
