A commercial security solutions company and its insurer have decided to avoid going to trial over claims of breach of contract as the insurer has agreed to reimburse the security company for defense fees and to defend the company in a robbery-related dispute.

A Florida federal court correctly decided that it's a triable issue whether a bank security company's insurer properly offered coverage under a reservation of rights for underlying claims connected to a bank robbery, the security company argued Tuesday.
