Telecom giant Ericsson agreed to plead guilty to breaching its obligations under a 2019 deferred prosecution agreement related to bribery and slush fund schemes in Asia, Africa and the Middle East, and it will pay a $206.7 million fine, the U.S. Department of Justice and the company said Thursday.
