Telecom Sues Long Island Village For Denying Tower Builds
Illinois-based telecom ExteNet sued a Long Island, N.Y., village on Tuesday, alleging the village board has violated federal law by repeatedly blocking the construction of wireless facilities based only on "generalized community opposition."
