McDonald's Store Inks $1.5M Deal In Harassment Class Action
The operators of a Michigan McDonald's restaurant reached a $1.5 million settlement agreement to resolve a federal class action brought by female former employees who claim they were subjected to rampant sexual harassment by an ex-store manager, according to documents filed Monday.
