A luxury watch and jewelry retailer is urging a Florida federal court not to send its multimillion-dollar dispute with a manufacturer to arbitration in Geneva, accusing the manufacturer of playing a "corporate shell game" by fraudulently incorporating a Swiss arbitration clause.
