A California federal judge on Monday consolidated a pair of proposed class actions accusing Mattel and PwC of misleading investors by understating Mattel's income tax expenses by $109 million for the 2017 tax year, giving Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP the green light to lead the litigation.
