Princess Cruise Lines Escapes Passengers' COVID-19 Suits
A California federal judge on Tuesday tossed two suits alleging Princess Cruise Lines put passengers in danger of contracting COVID-19, finding the passengers can't recover damages for negligent infliction of emotional distress just because they were afraid of contracting the virus.

Princess Cruise Lines Hit By Wave Of COVID-19 Suits
Princess Cruise Lines Ltd. continues to get hit with suits in California federal court claiming the company let its Grand Princess vessel set sail on a new voyage the same day that it knew passengers disembarking from the ship's previous voyage were suffering COVID-19 symptoms.
